When I started my fitness journey. It was more, to connect with myself. My fitness journey started in high school at the age 15. I always knew that I always want to be this body building growing up and do workout to build for sport. When, I had got the taste and the feeling of adrenaline that make you, feel unstoppable when your lifting weight. It that feeling when you know, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
